About NARI
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry supports remodeling professionals and helps build homeowner confidence in professional remodeling
NARI stands for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. NARI is a national trade association serving professional remodelers and businesses that support the remodeling industry through membership, certification, education, networking, awards, and advocacy. Homeowners can find remodeling professionals and planning resources on NARI's Remodeling Done Right website.
NARI was established in 1982 when the National Remodelers Association and the National Home Improvement Council joined together. Its predecessor organizations have roots dating to 1935.
NARI is led by its national board and leadership staff team, with local chapter leadership supporting members in their markets. Visit the Leadership & NARI Team page for current names, roles, and contact information.
NARI monitors legislative and regulatory developments affecting remodeling businesses through its Government Affairs Committee and shares updates in its Advocacy Center. Members can use these updates to follow issues that may affect their businesses and local markets.
Visit NARI's Events page for current national events and registration information, including the NARI Annual Conference. For local meetings, networking, and education, contact your NARI chapter.
