Before the Transformation
Reese’s transformation began with an auction for this historic Victorian home built in 1900. The property was uninhabitable and required a large-scale remodel. Reese’s goal was to create functional and unique appeal for each of the three units.
After the Remodel
With the help of Floor & Decor’s free Design Services, Reese created one-of-a-kind properties fit for the luxury market that honor the craftsmanship of a heritage property. Featured throughout the units, Pearson White Oak Distressed Engineered Hardwood provides a strong foundation for each space with its natural texture and lasting durability.
Reese designed each kitchen to be both distinctive and cohesive. Memorable marble backsplashes and Euro White Oak Butcher Block Countertops are unique yet appealing to a wide range of home buyers, which is essential for resale.
Each of the bathrooms boasts a thoughtful curation of materials, from bold tile to the classic Regent Thassos Sienna Polished Marble Mosaic featured on the floor and shower niche.
